Louis married Frances Marie Arbogast on 26 Jan 1915. Frances (daughter of Rush Arlington Arbogast and Clara Veronica Kingseed) was born on 28 Dec 1892; died on 29 Jan 1967. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

Notes:

Rush Arbogast was born in a log cabin to Michael and Jane (Stoner)
Arbogast. The log cabin was located where now, in 1986, is the grain
handling facilities for Kingland Farms. He was their sixth child, having
three older brothers and two sisters, plus three younger brothers who
died in childhood. In 1875, when he was eight years old the family moved
into their new large brick home which had been built several hundred feet
northeast of the cabin. His mother passed away in June 1882. He resided
with his father and in January 1892 he married Clara Kingseed and they
started housekeeping with his father.
Rush and Clara were the parents of three children: Frances, who
later married Louis Smith and had 11 children; Charles, who married
Loretta Reinhart and had 11 children, one who died at birth; and
Clarence, who married Aleta Talley and had one son and one daughter. His
father passed away in 1902. He continued to reside there and his wife
passed away in 1938. About 1942 his son Clarence, with his wife Aleta
and their two children, James and Naomi, moved in to take over farming
the 127-acre farm. His son Clarence passed away in January 1944. A
short while later his daughter-in-law and her two children moved out
leaving him to reside alone until his death in April 1965.

Rush married Clara Veronica Kingseed on 27 Jan 1892. Clara was born on 12 Dec 1970; died on 30 Mar 1938. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
