  • Notes
    • Much of the information on this and his father's family came from Uncle Mon.

Elected to West Virginia House of Delegates in 1962.

West Virginia House of Delegates, Attache, 1935

Employed at Union Carbide for 20 years.

      Insurance Agent following retirement.

In third retirement and almost 86 years old at this writing, Uncle Mon is a
first rate gardener on a large scale and an avid coon hunter with the "best
hunting dogs in West Virginia". A friend goes with him at night or he hunts
with his 4 wheel drive along back roads at night. "Road hunting", he calls it.
"The dogs won't hunt wide enough at night when I road hunt".

Funeral arrangements by Wilson Funeral Home, Clay, WV. Burial 10:30 a.m.
      Tuesday, June 21, 1994.
