  	"Take Wimer Mountain road from Blue Grass, at the intersection with Hardscrabble road, continue north on Wimer Mountain, go approximately 3/10 mile. On the left will be a pond. The two rocks marking the graves are on the right side of the road. The graves sit almost in the fence row, if the grass is high its difficult to see them from the road. "

  For family, see History of Pendleton (Highland) Co., by Morton, pages 257 & 332. Michael immigrated through Philadelphia on 25 Sep 1749 on ship, Speedwell. CHILDREN: Ft. Seybert births of children are approximate from census reel, except Peter (Fam.Cem.), Adam (Pension), David (Fam. Rec.) and Dorothy, from Highland History, page 290. Settled prior to 1758 in VA. WILL: Probated in Pendleton Co., VA, 4 Aug 1812, now Highland Co., VA. MARRIAGE RECORDS: Only records available are found in Augusta Co. Marriage Records and Pendleton Co. Court Records. All information from extensive research and records of Amanda Crawford Arbogast Forbes on Michael and his descendants unless otherwise indicated. BIRTH record from Evangelical Lutheran Church Records, Kehl, Baden, Germany Records of daughter, Mary, indicate Michael had two wives. Considering all available information, Mary was probably his first wife, Elizabeth his second. Naturalized in Augusta Co., VA, 22 Aug 1770, #117, Chalkleys Abstracts, Vol. I, p. 161. Records of Dr. Dunham indicate the possibility of another son, Joseph, b. 1769 based on information from tax records, d. 1820 based on information in Morton's Pendleton Co. History. The Peter Arbogsast who married Henry Arbogast's daughter also not placed.
