    Rachel V. Arbogast, born Oct. 1840, was the daughter of Moses and Margaret (Wamsley) Arbogast. Moses born 30 Nov 1799 Pendleton Co., Va/Wv, Margaret Wamsley, b. Abt 1809, Va d. 11 Dec 1853, Randolph Co., Va/Wv (Age ~ 44 years)
    She married John Richard Ware abt. 1861 in Randolph County, Virginia.
    John served as a Pvt. in the Confederate Army, Co "C", 20th Virginia Cav. during the Civil War. Rachel and her husband lived and worked on a farm in the Mingo Township of Randolph County and was the mother of six children.
    She died February 10, 1913 of senility (alzheimer's disease) in Mingo, Randolph County, West Virginia.
    She is buried next her husband at Ware's Ridge Cemetery near Valley Head, Randolph County, West Virginia.
