  All information from Amanda Arbogast Forbes RIN# 28, copy in file. See Pendleton Co. deed from heirs of his brother, John. Married once, remained in the community where his father settled near the village of Crabbottom, Pendleton Co., VA/WV, now Blue Grass, Highland Co., VA. His place probably abutted the lands of his father and brother, Michael. It may be possible that he lived 2-3 miles from his fathers home, on Franks Run. His son, Daniel, lived at this location. Carl Arbogast, son of Abraham Arbogast lived there in 1971, per Amanda Forbes. Had 9 children. See extensive research and records of Amanda Crawford Arbogast Forbes. Deed of heirs filed in Pendleton Co., 1844 gives names of children. Died intestate. His dates are from a family bible in possession of Larry Roberts. Bible was kept by Emanuel or some of his family who went to Illinois.
