    farmer and grocery store owner. Owned Hogan's Grocery at Monterville until
    late 1950's. Family lived on a farm at Monterville until moving to East Daily
    in Sept 1962. William is the oldest son and third of nine children of his
    parents. U.S. Army, Camp Lee, VA, Sgt., discharged 21 Dec 1918. Buried beside
    his parents at Monterville, WV.

    William married Belva Mae Channell on 16 Apr 1919 in Methodist Psn'ge, Elkins, Wv. Belva (daughter of Jacob Conrad Channell and Eda Conrad) was born on 2 May 1900 in Conley Run, Valley Head, Wv; and died. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
