Considering all available information, Mary was probably his first wife, Elizabeth his second. Naturalized in Augusta Co., VA, 22 Aug 1770, #117, Chalkleys Abstracts, Vol. I, p. 161. Records of Dr. Dunham indicate the possibility of another son, Joseph, b. 1769 based on information from tax records, d. 1820 based on information in Morton's Pendleton Co. History.
