  From THE ROSEMARY SUMMERS PICKETT PAPERS in file. There is a notation only that Charles was a soldier during the Civil War. Also Charles as an administrator of the estate of John F. Arbogast RIN # 4439, his brother-in-law. Also see Sarah Hause, wife of Samuel Sheeder MRIN # 1711. Daughter, Caroline Sheeder married Reuben H. Arbogast MRIN # 1357. Need to determine if these Hause are related to Lester G. Hause who for many years was Supt. of Schools at Goshen, Ohio and later Supt. of Clermont County, OH Schools. Son is Dr. Aaron Hause, D.D.S., New Vienna, OH. This compiler believes the educator, Mr. Hause was from the Springfield, OH area. Mr. Hause was his teacher in high school and Supt. of Schools when he attended Goshen, OH schools 1940-1947.
