Arthur Henry 92 of 7266 Scio Road SE Scio Ohio died Tuesday at home after a long illness. Born 9 January 1885, Abington VA. He moved to WV then to Carroll County residing 51 years. A retired farmer he was a member of IOOF Lodge at Webster Springs WV. Wife Bessie Starks, four sons, Keith, Robert, James and David. One Daughter, Virginia Miller. A sister Sadie Murphy of Bristal VA. Half Brother James Wright of Bandy, VA three brothers deceased, three sisters. Services Friday 1 pm at Allmon-Dugger Funeral Home, Carrolton, Ohio, Rev Mily Moore officiation. Burial Perrysville Cemetery 9, January 1885-Feb 1977
