Letter from Gene Watson, Chief of Police, Grand Island, NE, 16 Apr 1994. Gene
has been a policeman there 33 years, and is doing a history of the Police Dept.
Marion Arbogast was Chief of Police there 1911-1915. Watson wants more
information, and possible a photo of Marion for the history. Watson indicates
